To celebrate the end of our Africa/Handa's Surprise topic, P2 enjoyed Handa Day today! The pupils dressed up in the costumes they had made and made colourful jewellery to wear too. They enjoyed tasting fruit from our Handa's Surprise story; oranges, bananas, pineapples, guavas, mangos, passion fruit and avocados. They also practised weaving, just like they do in Africa! What a super day!
